It was over 20 years ago but i walked in and spoke to a recruiter. Played the game a bit and im just writing this to add something on here.

Straightforward. It was virtual and they had me give some examples of how I would handle situations in the role should they come up. I gave full answers and explained my reasoning for each one of my answers. Then I moved on to a panel interview in-person. It was essentially the same thing. Not too hard, but slightly intimidating.

They ask questions I answered. I asked questions and they also reply. Everything was good and they were indeed very helpful and very informative. The workers were friendly and helpful to me and the other employees
