Similar to another post on here, I interviewed twice (once remote and once in-person) for a position at the Chelmsford office. They were very kind and the interviews went well. But, after multiple emails to them including Thank You's and an email checking in weeks later about my application, I never got responses from anyone. It speaks to the company that they couldn't get back to me to say they were going a different direction so I could continue on with my search.
