Interview
It was an interview with two people, a nurse manager and the ED educator. They were kind, but did not give a lot of feedback. The interview lasted about 45-50 minutes. They started with giving information about the residency. Then moved on to 10ish behavioral questions. Then, asked if I had any questions about the residency.
