Interview process started out with their internal recruiter, then with hiring manager. Recruiter was very communicative and answered all the questions I had, process was easy and straightforward. Overall good experience.

Interview questions was extremely difficult. Each interview question also has a 4 sub-question. Interview questions are about all functions in company such as HR, Finance, supply chain management. It was a very intensive and detailed interview. Their process first starts with personality and IQ assessment before going for online interview with case studies to answer. The interview is not as difficult if you’re really knowledgeable into the topics they would discuss

Aller eerst een telefoon gesprek. Vervolgens een eerste gesprek met collega’s. Daarna een gesprek met de manager. Dat was wel te doen. Er was geen assessment of andere omstandigheden . Het is lastig om aan die 30 Woorden te komen. Maar je zou het zelf moeten ervaren. Tegenwoordig gebeurd alles via de computer dus ik weet niet of mijn ervaring van 10 jaar geleden wel representatief is.
