Universal Protection Service Security Officer interview questions

Applied online and sent my resume along with contact information. Received call for interview. Was told to dress professional and arrive on time yet the interviewer was 5 minutes late and got out of his car looking a mess, untucked, uninformed and with flip flops! Interview went good , lasted about 10 minutes. Got a call after interview for orientation . Was sent to Sacramento for orientation (2hr drive) where we filled out paperwork , took a swab drug test, got measured and assigned uniforms. You get offered a position if you pass the drug test. Bring your guard card, ID and your bank routing number so they can deposit your checks there if you don't want a company issued debit card.

The interview process was super easy ! Be yourself they like personality. Bring a well created resume they will ask about your pass history also if he already have a guard card thats awesome they can put you to work as fast as the same day
