I met with about 8 people over a 2 week period. The typical interview questions were asked. It did seem like there had been a lot of candidates and the interviewers were "over it" when it came to my interview.

Lengthy process waiting on HR. They do not accept COVID-19 vaccine exemptions so don't waste your time if you aren't vaccinated. The team I interviewed with was great, but their HR team ruined the process.
- Excel assessment is required for the position.

The manager and supervisor of the RCM dept could not have looked more bored in this Zoom interview. I knew after the first few minutes that I would not enjoy working with these people, even remote from my home. The huge turn off for me was when they mentioned that there is 2-3 MONTHS of training. Not day or weeks, MONTHS! The reviews of CU Medicine mention the lack of training. Maybe they are trying to make up for that now. Seasoned professionals will not put up with more than a few days of training! They lump newbies with intermediates, and train them from the basic beginnings. And the manager looked stunned when I told her that I would not be continuing with the interivew, after that revelation

Virtual interview via Zoom with 3-4 team members. Normally 2 rounds of interviews which take 30 min - 1 hour. I’d say it takes about 2 weeks to 1 month to get an interview.
- Questions about teamwork, organizational skills and prioritizing the tasks
