Unlocked interview questions

Online interview. Had to interact with someone acting as a "prisoner" to calm them down. Then a chat about some personal qualities and attributes making me suitable for the role, Finally a group exercise. Fairly straightforward. Assessment was mostly based on personal attributes rather than technical skills.

2 stage interview process with both stages being panel interviews. No task needed and the second stage was in person. Equal weight was given to assess job duties and culture fit.
