Long and tedious. Have to go through multiple layers of interviews with people who clearly don’t understand the job functions in order to actually get to the hiring manager. The company is good but their HR process is very amateur.

How many people would you invite to a dinner party and what would you make.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Us Meat Export Federation
Interview
I was contacted by a headhunting firm, and the agent and I had a meeting prior to passing my resume to the organization. The interview with the organization was very short, less than 20 minutes

Question 1
Ideas on projects that can contribute to the organization’s success.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Us Meat Export Federation in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview takes a long time. I interviewed with three people total at different times. The first two women I met were great and asked good questions. However, the third woman I met (who was also the highest on the position ladder) was condescending and acted like she had her PhD in psychology. Like the first interview review mentioned, I was asked who I would invite to a dinner party. I said “about 20, just my closest family and friends.” Apparently, this means that I am extremely extroverted and wouldn’t do well at the job where I would be on phones and meeting with others as the first two women explained. She did not give me a chance to explain myself and simply began telling me other roles and companies I would fit into better. I understand if I am not the right fit for a position and that is fine but when a woman in charge decides to tell me what she thinks I would be good at and other companies I should apply too, that is when I get offended. I did research on this company and position and applied for a reason. The interaction with her was just so shocking and egotistical that I would never even consider going in for another interview.
