I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at VMware (Broomfield, CO) in Sept 2009
Interview
The interview was an initial Phone screening followed by a couple of hours on-site a few weeks later. The on-site interview consisted of a 1:1 interview with a Manager and a panel interview with team leads. The Manager interview was just the basics, what are your strengths....? The panel interview consisted of over 60 technical questions. The overall feel was fairly casual and relaxed. I was offered the position but was unable to pass a background check to their satisfaction.
