Interviews were held at their offices in Houston. They were running two interviews at a time in two separate conference rooms but you only partake in one. The interview is two on one, in my case the managing partner and an oil and gas research analyst. Questions are more on the personal side for the bulk of the interview and they mentioned how important fit is on numerous occasions. Other than fit type questions, they dive into financial markets and energy markets questions, both theory and what is currently happening around the world. They will also randomly toss in complicated technical/trick questions throughout the interview. We all had to complete a short PPT presentation on a relevant topic that you present at the beginning or end of the interview, they let me pick.
