Interview
The interview was only a first round HR screening but the HR person was friendly, professional and detailed about every process i would expect. Asked a couple of factual questions then followed by walk me thru resume and etc. No PAR story was asked guess they were saving it for the 2nd round. Overall experience was very positive and i am really excited about their rotational program

Phone interview, followed by 4, 1:1 onsite interviews, group lunch with other applicants and senior leaders, case presentation. The case presentation information is sent to you ahead of time and there are notes in the deck which you have to review and digest so that you can present the information intelligently

Interview
The interview process included 1 phone interview plus 4-5 in-person interviews with the senior leadership team. They also introduced me to alumni of the MBA Leadership Development Program who later served as sponsors and excellent resources during my internship.
