I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (Barcelona) in May 2013
Interview
Initial one to one skype interview with the hiring manager. Once I passed this I had several 'getting to know you' skype interviews with the hiring manager as well as with the regional general manager, the marketing manager and the team I would be working with. Then finally a telephone interview with the HR person for the region.
Overall it was quite a positive experience, nothing too hard and in line with my expectations for this type of role and industry.
Did a screen with whom i think was a talent partner. Then got to spoke to the hiring manager - they mostly asked me about myself, and sales related questions
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
rounds with hiring manager, who was also the boss. lots of mutual feeling out, then once terms seemed agreeable, hard close offered. interview concluded with a case activity aligned with what job responsibility was. felt like giving away some free work, but it was ok.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Worst interview process i have ever went through. From 15+ interviews, meetings, presentations etc- to having people from the organization calling on my contacts in LInkedIn for references (without asking for permission) and contacting people from my existing job, to the hiring manager lying to me (multiple times) and their cult like mentality- this absolutely sucked. This company has no morals or ethics- was told to lie about various things to other people i was interviewing with, also told they don't care how you get things accomplished- just that it gets done. I didn't get the job offer because I said it was going to be a difficult decision.
