I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems
Interview
Was a long process with lots of interviews (6 total; 5 webcam and 1 in person) but always had quick responses. After each round, I usually heard in the next day or two about next steps and I was then responsible for scheduling another interview usually for the following week. I applied online and someone from HR reached out shortly after to schedule a video interview. Next was the more formal case presentation/application configuration with a week of preparation. This was followed by 3 webcam interviews with managers and 1 in person session with a current associate consultant. Interviews were casual with no difficult questions so that I could get to know Veeva and they could get to know me, but this often meant answering the same questions for each new interviewer.

Question 1
Asked about experiences and preferred work environment.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
