I applied online. I interviewed at Veterans Guardian
Interview
Phone screen that is so impersonal and odd its hard to find the flow. They ask questions solely to document them, and dont respond in a typical conversation like flow. Then ask ridiculous questions that throw you off cause they have nothing to do with the scope of the job. This is a sales focus. Its to make money off of Veterans. Its actually really cringe the questions. They pay very low for industry standards. Ghost you completely after the interview as well if you dont play their silly questions game. Hard pass.

Interview
The interviewers were 2 hours late, asked ridiculous questions in a board-like setting, and didn't engage in thoughtful conversation about the company. The board members seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. It was the worst interview I have ever experienced.
We appreciate your feedback! Our interview process has been implemented in order to find the very best candidates to be a part of our mission & team. Board interviews minimize the need for second interviews, reduce bias through increased collaboration, and emphasize teamwork and collaborative decision-making so the panel can evaluate candidates' ability to work well in a team centered environment. There has never been a two hour delay on our interviews however there may be a brief time that a candidate has to wait. It is recommended that candidates arrive at the scheduled time and not earlier than five to ten minutes to reduce potential wait time.

Interview
Easy with standard CSR questions. Nothing that anyone with CSR experience could not answer. Why are you interested in our company? What is your sales experience? Just the normal day to day interviewing questions.
