The whole process was easy to follow, and everyone I met with was kind and truly cared about building this company. While I did not get an offer, my interview was much more inviting than many that I went on because instead of an intense Q&A, we had a natural flowing conversation that also answered interview questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is one thing/area that your coworkers would say you excel in? One thing you do not?
I applied online. I interviewed at Veterans United Home Loans (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied and got an email a day or two after with some tests to take. Then I was asked to submit 5 references, all of which needed to take a survey, before they even scheduled an interview with me. I had an interview the next week which I thought went well. The next week I they told me they went with someone else. I’m not mad that I didn’t get the job at all but I am mad that I had to have 5 people complete surveys before they even scheduled an interview with me, just to get rejected the next week and start all over again. That part seems a little flawed to me.
