First thing is a telephone interview where you are asked about mechanical piping systems. Questions like "where would you put a strainer in a condenser water piping system?" And "which way should a steam piping system be pitched?" Very rudimentary questions, but they obviously want to see if you know your way around a mechanical room. Next step was a face to face interview with the CPS Manager. They brought me back in for a second interview which led to a job offer. The final step was a Wonderlich test to see if you're smart enough to work there and personality test to see if you can play well with the other kids in the sand box and to make sure you won't go "postal" at some point. It was a bit of a pain to have to travel to Easton three times.
