I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2015
Interview
Group Interview 1 - straight forward, obviously trying to weed out lots of people, i think only one person from my initial group interview got an actual job, you watch a super silly video and they ask lots of basic sales questions
Group interview 2 - same type of deal as the first one, but here they make you sign some papers and give you a tour of the store and the different products

Question 1
Q: What do you know about Victoria's secret?
Q: Whats your favourite way to spend your weekend?
Q: If someone came in asking for an extra gift (from the bogo thing) because they had two daughters they were planning on giving to, what would you do?
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
