Victoria’s Big Build interview questions

The process was long and extensive. It involved psychometric testing, a group zoom interview and then a one on one interview with the stream they wish to allocate you. They were all nice to deal with but was a shame to spend months dedicated to the process and not come out with a successful outcome. So it goes with big graduate programs.

The whole interview process took quite a long period. Submit your application---Receive a video interview & online test invitation---Assessment Centre---F2F interview. Not easy to pass the assessment center if you're not a native English speaker, since everyone there will try to behave very actively.
