2. After 1.5 months got a call for tech phone screen it was a 30 min call and was only for 2 minutes as the interviewer was not interested
3. Technical round skills mentioned was different questions I faced were completely different and top interviewers were least bothered and they were in no mood to take the interview. Waste of time. It’s good that I got rejection that working with those bunch who were very arrogant
Overall don’t fall for the brand Visa. We need to have good team and work life balance …
Interview process was lengthy but not too difficult. Most questions were based on technology with some focus on interpersonal skills. I was asked to appear in four different rounds after initially being asked to appear for just 3 rounds.
There are behavioural questions (scenario-based questions), i.e. what would you do during a conflict? Also asked about knowledge of Visa, why you want to join Visa. Systematic, pleasant conversation. 4 part questions to answer, 45mins long.

Interview
Questions focus on your ability level, want to know how your background relates to job you are applying for. Directors are mostly quite nice, they are encouraging and genuine people, will share their experience with you if you ask.
