Called out of the blue by their HR person to schedule a half-day on-site interview, with absolutely no discussion prior. I was out of town that week so it wasn't possible. Then multiple days later they asked me to meet with their CEO for a 30 minute call. The CEO asked me comically myopic questions that were primarily focused on things at the company that currently annoy him. There was no discussion about the role, my background, the company, the culture, nothing... He didn't even really introduce himself.
