I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vivint (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2015
Interview
1 hour interview. very direct questions. Panel of 2 people. resume review and questions that are asked to every candidate, (stated by the interviewer). questions were over goals, pass achievement, work relationship with previous coworker and bosses, opinion about previous employers, future plans
Process was via MS teams, so I had to download and install that. I was dressed business casual for the interview and the interviewer was wearing a Beanie and sweatshirt. Interview went well and seemed like I was going to get hired, I was told I was exactly what he was looking for. I was told someone would reach out by the end of the week, nobody did. I had to reach out and find out they hired someone else.
Alot of questions about your job history and what would you do in a safety related situation. Getting to know you as a person. They are very picky i feel but as long as you show good character, you will get the job successfully.

Interview
first got a phone call from HR and talked about the job. asked about when I could interview. then video and met the manager in the area. overall not a bad process since the job is remote and we don't have to meet at a office
