It only took 2 weeks from my first phone screening to my offer letter. I enjoyed the process and accepted my offer. The interviews consisted of a soft skills interview led by a technical engineering interview.

Interviewer is very friendly and love to share the information about role and company. Online interview. Very efficient. HR is also helpful. But the process may take some time. Waiting for feedback now.
