I was reached out to via email for an interview with an engineering team of three over WebEx. The interview went well, where they asked basic behavorial questions. They were all laid back but professional and happy to answer any of my questions.

Tell me a time you were part of a Safety accident. Tell me a time where someone trusted you with something. Tell me a time where you noticed something small and corrected it before it became a big problem.
