Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. Took no longer than 45 mins where two Team Leads came in and asked a serious of personality questions and provided scenarios that you had to answer accordingly.

A phone interview was primary and fairly easily. Interviewer just wanted to know about my work experience and education, as I had only graduated a year earlier. In-person interview followed, which was not too extensive or difficult.

I was contact by the staffing agency, then phone interview with a lady from HR in TX. After that, I was contact for an in-person interview. I was interviewed by 2 people, and they were both nice and friendly. They will ask questions regarding how you past experiences were with handling client needs and providing assistance.
