Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.

the company focuses on behavioral questions, I recommend to have 5 scenarios in detailed information and use SATR to method to answer during the interview. All of the behavioral questions are kind of similar so you just use the scenario you created and twisted a little bit to match with the question.

Tell me about a time you have conflict with your boss
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
