I was interviewed by two shift managers and then by the district manager. I was hired pretty much on the spot because of my extensive background with another large grocery retailer.

Walmart uses a set of pretty ridiculous questions that are very difficult to answer quickly.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however

Overall it was good, But it seemed like some persons are already decided before interview. Eventually I decided to let go of the offer and got better offer from different company

Easy and fun and long two people interviewed me at a McDonald’s found out a week later that I got it and went to training and got paid for gas for traveling
