I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Pickering, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
Apply online for position. Once applied you would get an email from Walmart to schedule an interview. Before you schedule you would be asked to answer some online questions or survey. Questions about yourself and scenario questions and how you would handle them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Tell me about yourself?", "Why would you be good for this position", and scenario questions such as "What would you do if a customer asks you to help find them a product in a different department?", "How would you deal with an angry customer?", "Name a moment where you went above and beyond for a customer?"
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Toronto, ON)
Interview
large tabled interview with 15 staff, round table interview approach where each speaker had the chance to answer one by one. pretty unformal approach creating a relaxed atmosphere where I was comfortable to speak.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Walmart (Laval, QC)
Interview
Very simple but can be nerve racking because at times it’s done in groups. But other than that you just need to sound confident. it doesn’t really matter if you answer the same as the other person you’re interviewing with as I said,
just sound confident
Group interview and speed questions where it is similar to speed dating. You are given scenarios and you have to communicate how you would solve the issue. Overall it was a relatively easy interview if you have customer service experience.
