Interview
I applied for this back in March 2017 and got an email to setup an interview about 3 days later. The interview process was standard and it was pretty pleasant. They asked questions about my supervising style, what type of leadership I respond to, and my experience with transitional housing and single-parent households. Overall, it was a good experience even if I did not get the job.

Question 1
None of the questions were difficult to me but I think my lack of experience showed in some areas. They are doing really good work over at Warren Village.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Warren Village (Denver, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was two phases: the first was a one-on-one interview with the Program Director, followed up by a group interview with the team. The Program Director asked a lot of questions for the applicant to discuss prior experience and future plans. The team is made up of six professionals in the Family Services team. They each had their own questions to ask the applicant. The group interview questions helped to show the team how the applicant would work as a team member.
