Recruiter called first, got details about my current role and after deciding I was a good fit, he forwarded me for a codility test. Virtual Coditlity:- 1 Hr:- Interviewer was friendly. 30 mins he asked about my expeerience, qns about MPP, Big data and pipelines. 25 mins, I was given 3 Sql and 3 Python qns. I completed 2 completely in each Sql and Python. Third one in each I only had time to explain my logic. Feedback:- Was good. Recruiter calls again to setup 4 hour virtual loop interview. Here is where the frustrating part begins. I got zero emails/details about what is the format of the interview. The invite had one interview with a Sr manager to go over homework assignment. I emailed twice to help understand what the homework was. Nope, no comment, no reply. Day of interview is when they realized that they didnt send me Homework assignment. So that 1 hour interview from the 4 hour loop interview was cancelled. The other 3 interviews were ETL Design, Behavior and Data Modeling each. I had a fairly good experience of the interviews. I have no complains. In the evening after the loop interview , I was given a document containing details explaining the format of the 4 hour interview (after I finished 3 of those) and the homework assignment. I emailed the recruiter that its disappointing because it was unfair of them to not give me details of the interview before hand. He commented that I did well and requested 1 hour of my time for homework assignment. I spent some time of my weekend to finish the homework, finish the homework assignment evaluation. Even this was a good experience and I liked the homework assignment. And then the recruiter tells me after a few days that he expects to hear about my feedback soon. Its been more than 2 weeks since my loop interview and I still havent heard from the recruiter. He is now ghosting me on Linkedin. Its such a disappointing experience because I feel first they havent given me a fair opportunity as others and its just even more sad the entire ghosting episode.
