Interview
The process was a disaster, and the first interview was one of those ones where they don't know if you've already met with HR. That would be the best case scenario. The disadvantage was having to go through a semi-technical interview and then apply for a task within 7 days. I finished it in 5 days, working very hard for them because there were technologies I didn't know much about. They responded 5 days later, indicating that I would not continue in the process with a super generic, cold, apathetic message. When I asked for feedback on why, or for some reason, there were no more messages, they vanished. Also, the form of payment was as a freelance, well below the market, but I live in Latin America so it was still good ($3000 per month).

Pros:

Technical challenges are interesting and closely aligned with the actual work, not artificial exercises.
Cons:
The process can feel a bit long (several stages), though it’s understandable given the role’s requirements.
More detailed feedback after the technical test would have been appreciated.

Consta de tres etapas, la primera preeliminar con un team leader y luego de esto una serie de ejercicios que se asemejan bastante a situaciones reales donde se pone a prueba la capacidad de detectar errores y desarrollar projecto. Por ultimo una entrevista con recursos humanos contando la historia de la empresa y detalles administrativos
