Interview
The supervisor calls you if interested after applying and then asks for a good day for an in-person interview and takes you to the main dining and looks for a positive tone! The environment requires positivity to let the residents feel like they are just at home! They will ask a lot of situational questions on what you would do if this happens like altercation, a a coworker is slacking, or just personal connections! Then they will then ask availability but they strive to find weekend workers!!!
