Q: Please share an example of business operations improvement work you've led / supported in the past
Recruiter screen, HM screen, case study, Executive level interview. Process seems very experience vs. performance-based. Questions were largely around understanding of the business (big focus) and key business problems. Most of the emphasis is the case study.
