I interviewed at Wilshire Law Firm (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
it was over video call and scheduled pretty quickly from when i applied. I got two interviews but did not get selected. the interviewer was professional and the pay seemed nice but i had a recruiter say that they tend to burn out their employees and it was good i didn’t get hired.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wilshire Law Firm (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
Shady shady shady. I had a recruiter contact me on LinkedIn who wouldn't take no for an answer. He asked me no qualifying questions and we have never had a conversation. I figured he'd go away if the company realized I wasnt interested, so I did a screening after checking their website and seeing it was one of the best places to work in 2022.
It was an odd screening. Two quick questions (one was plainly answered by my resume) and I told the HR recruiter I'm leaving for a 2 month trip to Europe in 6 weeks and moving 400 miles away once I get back. He asked me to reach out when I get back and I said sure. I mean, they were named one of the best places to work in 2022.
The pushy recruiter from LinkedIn texted me and told me they loved me and wanted to share great feedback. I say no and of course he keeps pushing, claiming they're super interested in me.
I'm wondering why they're over the moon for me when they have basically still only seen my resume and the screening call only lasted 9 minutes.
I go to inc.com to see why this firm is one of the best to work for and THEY'RE NOT ON THE LIST. So then why do they have their logo on their website?
Proceed at your own risk and don't trust the reviews. If they're lying on a public website with information you can fact check, what do they do with information that can't be fact checked?
Shame on you Wilshire Law Firm. A team of lawyers should know better than to falsely advertise.

it was o k but the person was not that nice. Rocky Le was pretty rude. I just lost interest every time he spoke, my mind wandered off. The environment seemed pretty cool but it did not seem to fit me.
