The interview process was standard - there were two rounds with the office administrators and one final round with the attorneys I’d be supporting. The first round with the secretarial manager lasted roughly 45 minutes to an hour. It began with filling out an application, a quick interview with the manager, followed by a skills assessment test. The skills assessment included some basic math questions, a typing wpm test and general “how to tell if you’re a professional and have done this role” type of questions.

Applied through staffing agency. Got interview and was informed that they are looking for a temp. Went to the interview and was informed that I got the job within a day or two.
