Casual-style interview with questions on the things I have worked. The interviewers (partners) were friendly and asked fair questions. There was a second round of interviews that was done purely over a short phone call.
The whole process was just a few days.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Windels Marx
Interview
Meeting with senior paralegal for entry-level position. Asked about required salary and benefits by interviewer. Work hours were described industry standard, with periods of high activity but typically following a regular schedule.
The interview process was standard - there were two rounds with the office administrators and one final round with the attorneys I’d be supporting. The first round with the secretarial manager lasted roughly 45 minutes to an hour. It began with filling out an application, a quick interview with the manager, followed by a skills assessment test. The skills assessment included some basic math questions, a typing wpm test and general “how to tell if you’re a professional and have done this role” type of questions.
