Winn-Dixie Interview Questions

I went to customer service and said I was here for an interview. They paged the manager and had me stand their and wait for him. The interview was very quick and the manager was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Went very well they just asked Normal interview questions and asked what my preferences were and what my availability was. Manager was very nice and understanding. Asked what my desired pay was

Basic questions you'd expect in an interview. The process was quick and simple too. The job was offered on the spot and I did not have to wait to hear back from the company.

Easy interview with store manager and department manager. Friendly associates and very clean store. Lots of variety and choices for patrons. Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction throughout interview. Clearly it is a priority.

It wasn’t so bad, went in 10 mins early waited till my interview time, we did the regular interview with basic questions then it was over. The interviewer was the manager and he was super nice about everything.

brought into the office, the conversation was easy, talked about my past employment and what expectations were for the job. very easy not drug screen . the manager was nice and explained each step of the process.
