Completed an online application and progressed to an online assessment. Once successful invited to attend a group interview. The top performers in the group interview were then offered the role.

Group interview or customer service based role. Interview location was easy to get to. Facilitators were good and ran exercises that were relevant to the advertised position. Comfortable location with air conditioning.
