Good rapport with competency based questions. There were 3 panelists with the hiring manager. They seemed impressed. I was contacted by the team assistant and my profile on the recruitment platform changed to “congratulations, you passed to the interview stage”. I wrote a test a week before being invited for interview.

The interview went well but they never got back to me to tell me I didn't get the job or to give me any feedback. This caused me a lot of stress and they never replied to my emails.
