As an update to this review from the beginning of the year, We have not lost a single developer or tester this year. as CEO, I have focused most of my energy on culture, how we treat people, career progression, and role alignment helping people see where they fit in as part of our growing company. As I have mentioned in many of my reviews on Glassdoor, we grow as a company from mistakes made, and lessons learned.

Since your interview in January 2017, we have made changes to our hiring process to positively impact the candidate experience. Through our probation reviews, we also seek feedback on the hiring process to make any necessary changes when moving from candidate to employee.
We're also excited to share that we facilitate an annual engagement survey to gather feedback from our teams to make improvements to the employee experience. We pride ourselves on creating solid action plans from these survey's and provide quarterly updates to the entire business on our progress.
