8 interviews and no offer. Waste of time. This company does not take into consideration that this many interviews and wasting a candidates time in a month span to decide that the other candidate had “a little more experience” is just ridiculous and inconsiderate. If your this bad at the interview process I’m glad that I was not selected at the end.

Their was a very brief screening interview with a recruiter who didn’t know much about the role followed by some silly aptitude and personality quizzes. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. What this individual failed to grasp is that it is a very buoyant job market at the moment. This means that your candidates are going to very seasoned interviewees who are likely to be going through multiple interview loops. Sitting there and arrogantly assuming that the candidate is desperate to work for your company is very wide of the mark. You have to sell your company just as much as the candidate needs to sell themselves. This was one of the worst interviews I have ever had - so bad I had to end it after 15 minutes.

More than your typical interview. You can tell they care more about the person than just the job and making sure you fit the company, culture, and position to ensure you are successful.
