XtendOps Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Interviewer was very accommodating and friendly. He was very approachable and he make sure he cater all the employee. He keep us updated and make sure to always active whenever there is announcement

First process, online assessment test. Passed it with high score but during voice assessment, they said they will review it and then give a score. Then next to the online assessment test is an initial interview with HR Staff. Then she said that it was just a brief initial interview just to get to know you. Then they will let you know via email on the result, whether you pass, you go on, or fail (we-regret-to-inform-you email).
