The interview process involved two rounds of interviewing: A one-on-one with a supervisor to vet your background, then a group meeting to introduce you to your supervisor and IT director.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Youth Connection Charter School (Walnut, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
In their requirements, they explicitly ask for college students, or GRADUATES, with a minimum GPA of 3.2 and expect to pay them 11$ an hour for the first 2-4 weeks of training, after which they'll set you between 13-16$ an hour. In CA, you could get 16$ as a starting wage at Best Buy with no degree or experience. All talk of the LOW PAY aside, they insult their high-caliber applicants with a 100 question elementary exam before the interview even begins. It would make sense to do that as a screening process before you waste everyone's time, just saying.
