1. telephonic Interview- Be prepared with guesstimates & puzzles
2. case interview- Pay attention to data checks more importantly
3. Principal interview- A fit interview, be yourself

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
