Interview
You have two primary duties:
To solve the queries of the customer,
To serve as a link between the team and customers.
For the first you need to understand the product well, and have great communication skills. You need to be able to think on your feet to understand what your customer needs and answering with a guide on how they can achieve it with your product. You should also be aware of the capabilities other products within Zoho so that you can redirect requirements that don’t fit with your product but fits well with another product.

Question 1
You need to be able to do atleast these two duties to satisfactory levels in order to qualify. Of course, better or more experienced technical support engineers also have a say in marketing and developing the product.
Easy rounds Face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and/or team members.
2. Assessment of cultural fit, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Step 6: Final Interview (Optional)
1. Additional interview with senior management or directors.
2. Final evaluation of candidate's fit and potential.
Step 7: Offer and Onboarding
1. Receive job offer letter with terms and conditions.
2. Complete onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
