There were 8 total interviews...they literally asked me everything. - What does diversity mean to you? - What kind of leader are you? - We're thinking of expanding to a new market, how would you determine the growth opportunity without transactional data on the market? - Here's a file of 25,000 rows of raw data. Using our Open API error codes, evaluate trends that are causing order errors and determine possible solutions for vendors. - Etc, etc, etc

I rarely write reviews, but thought it was necessary this time. During the interview process I received all positive feedback on behavioral interviews and the take home assignment. The last round included 2 separate live business case interviews that were pretty challenging, but we worked through solutions. I followed up with the recruiter after a few days. He said he was still gathering feedback and would have an answer by end of that week. He never responded back...its now been 2 months. They have the analytics assignment I provided them and feedback on multiple real-life business cases. Totally understand if it wasn't the right fit, just have enough respect to communicate that. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Red flag for the overall culture. Don't waste your time and provide them valuable insight. Less

Mostly he asked me to rehash my work experience, and then a couple very deep data questions I wouldn't be able to answer without having seen the data.

I reiterated my work history and roles, relating how the experience in those roles translates to the needs of the role I for which I was interviewing. On the data questions, I related how I would approach finding the answers in the data, once I was able to take a look at it. Less
