Differences between application context and web context and how they connect each other

Interview
First a telephone interview. Then I was invited in for a pair programming test, this was a simple programming exercise to test whether I really practice TDD and how I interact in a pair programming situation. After that I was quizzed on my Hybris knowledge, then finally a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.
