First interview with a recruiter based in London was good, the second one was with the Italian hiring Manager (LL) was a shame compared to the company reputation (I was previously an ebay employee).
Very poor questioning technique (just 2 questions), lack of interest in understanding who you are talking to, lack of focus and respect as this guy was smoking during the online meeting.
He played the part of the cool guy when he is light years away from being a skilled interviewer. And it is not about the outcome (not the first unsuccessful recruiting process), it is about being as professional as the person interviewed.
