Could you say more about the Excel test? I am wondering if it's the same basic test, even in different countries. Less

The only thing I remember is it makes you actually take the real steps, you can't use shortcuts. So if you've been using Excel for years and years you actually have to stop & think. But seriously, with how bad they go through people, you could probably totally screw it up & you'll be fine. Less
I wasn't expecting the adaptive test to measure your cognitive thinking, leadership, personality, and intellectual acumen.

Basic interview questions since both "owners" are still "wet behind the ears" trying to learn the real estate industry as they go through puberty. They really know very little about real estate and you can pick that up once you speak with them IN PERSON.

I think challenging problem solving doesn't come from an everyday and focused activity but from an open mind due to broad experience. If you require a problem solution to an everyday activity, you require a change to be done and people to be able to think of alternative ways. Less
