Interview
I was invited to come into the office to interview with over a weeks worth of notice. There were two parts to the interview: a Q&A session and an online test. The Q&A portion of the interview took place in a meeting room at the office with three people other than myself: the director, a HR representative, and a developer from the team. During the interview I was asked a series of questions, some general and some based on my application. They were open ended questions as opposed to technical questions or anything meant to test specific areas of my knowledge. The session lasted for about an hour, most of which I spent answering questions (although there was an opportunity to ask questions in return at the end). I was then directed to sit in a different meeting room with a laptop provided by freetobook. On it was a timed multiple choice test for me to take, where there was a certain amount of time to answer each question. This test lasted about an hour, and again assessed general logical aptitude rather than specific technical knowledge. I received an offer by email about two days after the interview.

Interview
Initial visit to the office for an interview with Iain & Lucy. I was then invited out for dinner with a few of the team to see how I would fit in. This was a strange experience but such a great idea and it went well - I was offered the job after this.
