I interviewed at iServices (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and straightforward. It felt more like a conversation than a high-pressure evaluation. The technical questions were fair and aligned with what you’d expect from a normal PHP developer role — nothing tricky or overly academic. They focused on real-world experience, practical problem-solving, and understanding of core PHP concepts. If you have solid hands-on experience with PHP and web development, you’ll find the questions very approachable. Overall, it was a chill and respectful experience that gave a good impression of the company culture.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about how I usually handle API integrations in PHP — things like setting up authentication (e.g. with tokens), handling responses, and dealing with error cases. It was a very practical and common-sense question, nothing tricky or unexpected.
